I contemplated on whether I needed to just stop the massage but felt bad because I know she’s working hard to make money. Her strokes were fast and rough and I did not feel relaxed at all for the first 45 minutes. I hoped that wasn’t going to be how the massage was but during the whole massage, I felt rushed. I told her I was not ready, she repeatedly tried to come in while I was undressing so I felt very rushed to be ready for her.

I did not call out yet, after just a few minutes she knocked to come in. When I got into the room, the masseuse gave me instructions and said she’d wait for me to call out that I was ready. My appointment was for 9:30am, the lady who checked me in suggested we move up my massage since I was 30 minutes early and I told her I thought I was supposed to be early and since it was already 9am, I didn’t want to be late and rushed. The instructions said to arrive 30 minutes early so I did. This was probably the worst massage I’ve ever had. I would have appreciated a heads-up that all the facilities would be offline ahead of my arrival and at the very least, to be let know when I arrived instead of leaving me to figure it out on my own.

The steam room was also off, and when I asked another employee who returned with another guest she told me she thought it was broken but wasn't sure. I could turn it on, but they take a significant amount of time to get to temp, so I couldn't enjoy it.

I then tried to use the sauna, which was off. I ended up grabbing a larger one from the open supply closet. I then asked if I could be given a robe and was handed a very small robe that did not cover my body. However, there were no open lockers with robes. I was then directed to use any locker with a robe in it. I arrived early to use the advertised facilities and was led into the back, shown the sauna and steam room, and told that the hot tub was down. However, the facility left a lot to be desired. Both my mother-in-law had amazing massages.
